When you request a research paper, we may collect:

• First and last name
• Company
• Job title
• Business email address
• The research paper requested
• Your optional preference to receive GITSA Research updates
• The date and time of the request

When you subscribe directly to GITSA Research, we collect your business email address and your subscription preference.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through these forms.

• Provide the research you request
• Maintain your research subscription when you choose to opt in
• Understand which publications and topics are of interest to our professional audience
• Improve the GITSA Global Research Center, its research program, and its communications
• Maintain the security, integrity, and administration of the Research Center

Subscription to GITSA Research is optional. The subscription box on a research download form is not preselected. Downloading a research paper does not automatically subscribe you.

Subscribers may receive GITSA Research communications, including the Tuesday Executive Research and the Thursday Research Brief. Each research email should provide a practical way to unsubscribe when email delivery is activated.

GITSA may use service providers to host the Research Center, store submitted information, support website operations, and deliver research communications. These providers may process information on GITSA's behalf and should be used only for the services they provide.

Because service providers may operate in different countries, information may be processed outside the country in which it was submitted.

GITSA retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including providing research, maintaining subscription preferences, understanding research engagement, administering the Research Center, and meeting applicable legal or business requirements.

You may ask GITSA to update or correct your information, stop research communications, or request deletion of information, subject to applicable requirements and legitimate business or legal needs.
